Nicole Zukas, Branch Manager

Nicole Zukas began her career in the mortgage industry in 1990 as a receptionist for a small company located in Lake Oswego, Ore.  This was her first job out of college and she is proud to say, “I still love with the mortgage industry today”. Nicole rose from receptionist to President of Access Integrity Funding Corp during the mid 1990’s through 2005. In 2005 Nicole was recruited to manage for a large mortgage bank where she gained additional skills and knowledge of the industry.  Twenty-one years of experience later, a multitude of closed loans and a dramatically different world today in mortgage banking, Nicole is a key contributor within Willamette Valley Bank’s Lake Oswego Mortgage Loan Division.

Born and raised in the Oregon, Nicole has a love for the outdoors, camping and spending time on the river, rafting or fishing. Nicole is honored to know her career has allowed her the opportunity to remain in such a beautiful state and develop lifelong relationships with so many of her clients.

Away from the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family.  She spends countless hours volunteering for her son Noah’s sports interests and her daughter Hailey’s music endeavors.  Much of her time is spent videotaping at different events to preserve the memories of her children and to share with other parents. She and her husband Patrick have been married for over 18 years.  Together they share a love of dogs and have raised several litters of English Bulldogs and Yorkshire Terriers.

Nicole is a registered loan officer through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System  and has the ability to lend in all 50 states.
