Kelley Pellerin, Senior Mortgage Banker

A true Oregonian; I was born and raised in Sisters in the early 70’s where the influence of “small town etiquette” played a huge role in my development years.  A very close friend and my first employer, William “Bill” Reed of Reed Bros Realty, played a vital part in my career path decision at an early age.

I began my banking career in 1988 in Southern California working for Hemet Federal Savings and Loan.  I was always quick to remember something about my customers in addition to their name – which began the building blocks of my client base today.

I moved back to Oregon in 1991 and started my Mortgage Banking career by accident – as initially I went into Fidelity Title and asked if they were hiring – They weren’t.  But the neighboring Mortgage Company was.  Initially I started as the receptionist.  But as the mortgage rates started to drop, business increased and there arose a need to hire loan officers and processors – and the rest is history.

I have been fortunate to see the real estate market increase, collapse and flatten out over the last 20 years – this real life experience has been beneficial when discussing industry patterns with clients.

I relocated to Sherwood, Oregon 17 years ago to raise my two children – very similar to that same small town feel I had going up.  Sherwood exploded with growth in the late 90’s –  but still maintains its small town appeal.

I enjoy camping, quad riding and playing at the beach with my family. I have traveled abroad and I have been blessed in so many ways with great friends and good times.

Give me a call and let’s discuss your real estate dreams!
